Can you pitch your business in ten seconds?
Actually, if you think about it, you can pitch quite a bit in ten seconds. If you rehearse it, you can pitch even more.
Why not put your song & dance together and come to the After Hours Event at the Chamber’s office on Thursday, March 20th, 5pm to 7pm and pitch your business on camera? It doesn’t have to be elaborate, and we’ll edit any slips of the tongue.
If you’re camera shy, send someone who isn’t, because this is an opportunity not to be missed. You don’t have to fly solo, either bring your whole team! If memorization of lines is not your forte, make yourself cue cards. Wear something other than all white or all black, & you’re set to go! Most important: Act like you’re having FUN!
Your ten-second spot will be included in a video that will celebrate the Chamber’s centennial anniversary.
If that’s not enough to entice you to attend the After Hours on March 20th, don’t forget there will be free chair massages and a menu featuring BBQ.
Did we mention, 6 free copies of the video will be provided to the best overall pitch? (Judging points: clarity of pitch, originality, humor, visual aids,… best costumes), you get the idea.) Please remember that any songs you might use need to be free from any copyright encumbrances. Also, any off-key singing or accompaniment will be preserved, not edited.
Additional DVD’s will be available to chamber members at a nominal $20 each, just sign up for your copy at the Event.
