BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

This is an exciting role for the right individual to join the Snohomish County Public Utility District team! We’d like a new team member who has a great ‘get-it-done, can-do’ attitude to support and assist in the research, implementation and administration of our health and welfare programs. We are seeking an HR Associate who possess excellent project management/coordination skills; has an eye for detail and is extremely analytical and accurate; holds strong communication skills including interpersonal, verbal, organizational and business writing skills; works well independently as well as in a team environment, and is able to demonstrate intermediate level Excel skills. If you enjoy working collaboratively with employees and managers in a unionized and high performance environment, we’d like to hear from you!  

 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Requires a minimum equivalent of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or a related field; OR Two years’ experience working in a Human Resources field; & WSDL.
